Indium arsenide crystal is a chemical compound of pure India and arsenic. Wafers based on indium arsenide are used to manufacture high-frequency transistors, LEDs, and photodiodes operating in the infrared spectrum.

Indium arsenide plates are grown by the Czochralski method. Crystals have high homogeneity of electric parameters and low density of defects, suitable for molecular-beam epitaxy.
