Echo-free shielded chambers such chambers are designed to measure antenna characteristics and research work related to the propagation of radio waves in space.
The Echo-free shielded chambers imitates open space area, where there is no radio waves reflection, whether from walls, ceiling or floor.
Operating frequency range of anechoic chambers: from 10 kHz to 18 GHz or 40 GHz.
Echo-free chambers are radio-frequency and acoustic. In radio-frequency cameras there is no reflection of radio waves from walls/ In acoustic cameras there is no sound reflection from walls.
All supplied cameras are certified with the issuance of appropriate documents.
Values of electromagnetic wave attenuation correspond to reference values of + - 4 dB.
Echo-free shielded camera are divided into several categories:
- shielded chamber - SC;
- semi-e cho-free shielded chamber - SEFSC
- an echo-free shielded chamber EFSC
- alternative measuring platforms - AMP.
Radio absorbing material in such chambers withstands the levels of electric field strength up to 200 V/m and higher. The walls and ceiling of the chambers are completely covered with adio absorbing material and ferrite plates, which significantly reduces the reflection from internal surfaces.
If necessary, it can accommodate an antenna mast up to 4 m high (depending on the size of the structure).
