Gallium antimonide crystals are a chemical compound of pure gallium (Ga) and antimony (Sb).

They were grown by the Czochralski method (LEC). Gallium antimonide plates have high uniformity of electrical parameters with low defect density, suitable for molecular beam epitaxy.
